It goes without saying that you'll have a background in using CSS, HTML and Javascript, but ideally you'll also have great design skills, using Photoshop and Flash.
We'd hope that your in-depth understanding of cross-browser, front-end development issues means you can code complex, table-less layouts implemented using CSS and validating markup.
We would like to see brilliant and creative examples of your work through portfolios or URLs that you have worked your magic on.
Key skills: Photoshop, HTML, CSS, Javascript. Any experience with Flash and Actionscript would be an advantage, but it's not essential.
